In order to enhance team cohesion, advocate a green and healthy lifestyle, and inspire employees' spirit of hard work and progress, the Elephant Group organized a mountaineering activity with the theme of "Climbing mountains and ridges, moving forward green, and igniting new vitality of the team" on April 30. The event was held in the Henglang Mountain Scenic Area. Employees actively participated, measured the beauty of nature with their feet, and built the soul of the team through collaboration.
Gathering in the morning and getting ready to set off
On the day of the event, the sun was shining and the breeze was warm. At 7:00 in the morning, all participating employees gathered at the group and took a bus to the destination. Before the event started, the general manager of the group company, Wan Fuyin, made a mobilization speech, emphasizing that the purpose of this event is to enhance communication and trust among colleagues through teamwork and physical challenges, and at the same time encourage everyone to meet the challenges in work with the attitude of "climbers".
Fierce competition, bravely climb to the top
This mountaineering event adopts a timed competition system, and the ranking is based on individual performance. Along the way, everyone chased each other, competing in speed and supporting each other, fully demonstrating the power of teamwork. After fierce competition, the top three individual prizes were finally born. General Manager Wan Fuyin presented generous prizes to the winners. The winners were filled with joyful smiles, and the applause continued, creating a warm atmosphere.

After [1.5 hours] of climbing, all members successfully reached the top of the mountain. Standing on the top of Henglang Mountain, everyone held up the company flag and took a group photo, overlooking the magnificent scenery below, with a sense of accomplishment. General Manager Wan Fuyin concluded: "This mountaineering is just like the development of our business.
